2 Account Registration

3 Age Limit and Eligibility
At the time of registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age (21+). pipi may request proof of age at any time. If it is established that a person created an account while underage, their account will be closed immediately and the entire balance will be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal
bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used for financial transactions on pipi. These mobile wallets are supported for both deposits and withdrawals. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- After a successful deposit, it may normally take some time for the funds to appear in your account.
- Depositing using another person's mobile wallet is prohibited; deposits must be made from a wallet registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

- Withdrawals must be made to the same wallet used for the deposit.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
pipi offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read in full before claiming.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To use this bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (i.e. ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500) before any winnings can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses can never be withdrawn directly as cash — this applies only after wagering requirements are met.
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
- The same person may not claim the same bonus more than once.
- If a breach of bonus terms is established, pipi reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
- pipi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme without prior notice.
5.3 Weekly and Regular Promotions

6 Gaming Rules
All games on pipi are operated by third-party software developers. Each game has its own rules and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting a game.
6.1 Betting Limits
- Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits.
- Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with a bonus balance.
- VIP members may be eligible for higher bet limits.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, pipi reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of an error will be considered void.
6.3 Sports Betting
Official match results apply for sports betting. If a match is abandoned or delayed, bets will be settled according to pipi's own rules. pipi reserves the right to void any bet if anything irregular is established in a match result.

9 Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Suspension by pipi
pipi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or security-related reasons. Deposits or withdrawals cannot be made while an account is suspended.
9.2 Closure by the User
Any user may close their account voluntarily. All pending withdrawals must be completed before closing the account, and any bonus balance will be cancelled. As part of responsible gaming, self-exclusion can be applied to an account at any time.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
